Following on from a recent merger and the predicted growth of the company, we are looking for a motivated Data Analyst to join our busy monitoring team.

At PSH, the team manage a large portfolio of clients offering O&M services and dynamic solutions nationwide. The Data Analyst will work with the Performance Manager to continuously monitor sites and ensure maximum efficiency for the client portfolio.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Continuously monitor and analyse the performance of assets and record on the database.
  • Work through problems and report all findings to the Manager and record appropriately on the database as quickly as possible.
  • Prioritise and manage workload.
  • Prepare regular reports for the Manager working to deadlines.
  • Prepare call out paperwork, arrange site visits and provide information to clients when required.
  • Register and deal with new enquiries promptly and inform the Manager.
  • Assist with learning and development of new team members as and when required.
  • Prepare KPI’s for the Management team

Key Skills

  • Have good analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize and report information.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel
  • Be able to problem solve and work on your own initiative.
  • Be organised and produce accurate information within timescales given.
  • Be proactive and be willing to learn new skills.
  • Must be a good team player.
