Red Rock Intelligent Construction Technology (Red Rock ICT) – parent of Energy Positive Assets - constructs net zero buildings, using modern methods of off-site construction. Our purpose is to transform the speed, cost and environmental impact of new buildings.
The business is a relatively new venture, privately owned and managed by an experienced team of professionals in the field. The business has ambitious plans in residential, commercial and other related construction sectors.
The building industry is in the throes of massive change. Innovative materials, off-site manufacturing, robotics, and modern methods of construction are transforming the traditional approach to building. However, the industry is facing an even bigger challenge in the form of climate change. The built environment accounts for over 40% of global carbon emissions and is now the focus of intense environmental pressure. The next generation of buildings will be electric, energy efficient and capable of generating more power than they use. They will be energy positive.
They will be built off-site from sustainable materials by skilled construction professionals trained to execute these new construction methodologies with emerging materials and technology. RedRock ICT operates at the intersection of these two emerging movements: intelligent construction technology and the climate imperative for buildings to be energy positive.
