Job description

This is a full time, permanent role based in central Bristol. 37.5 hrs per week. Hours are 9:00 - 17:30. We are looking to fill this position asap. 

Key duties

• Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to key client’s needs and concerns
• Remedying client issues promptly and decisively 
• Liaising between sales, customer services and the client to ensure cohesion
• Liaising with suppliers to ensure client satisfaction
• Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships 
• Identify ways to improve delivery of services 
• Upselling services and identifying new business opportunities 

Essential Skills / Abilities 

• Candidates from a waste management background preferred
• Experience in account management 
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) - must nurture relationships with clients and suppliers
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Candidate must be good at problem solving, decisive and work well under pressure
• Must have a valid UK drivers license and car
