A leading multi-disciplinary consultancy specialising in water and wastewater infrastructure is seeking a Mid-level or Senior Hydraulic Modeller to support the continued expansion of its high-performing team across Ireland and the UK. This is a key opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects, including drainage design, SuDS, surface water management, and strategic wastewater planning.


Responsibilities:

Lead and support the delivery of Storm Overflow Discharge Reduction Plans, flood risk assessments, and environmental solution development.

Contribute to the development and implementation of wastewater catchment strategies.

Ensure outputs meet required quality, standards, and specifications.

Manage or support project delivery, including resource planning, budgeting, and reporting.

Assist with the preparation of tender documents and fee proposals.

Mentor junior staff and contribute to their professional growth.

Drive continuous improvement and innovation in project delivery.


Requirements:

Strong understanding of the water industry in Ireland and the UK, including regulatory frameworks.

Proven experience in delivering technically robust hydraulic modelling projects.

Proficient in InfoWorks ICM and ICM Exchange.

Background in hydraulic modelling, catchment planning, and solution development.

Ability to work independently, review work for quality assurance, and contribute to best practices.


Desirable Qualities:

Experience collaborating within multi-disciplinary teams.

Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Demonstrated ability to manage project deliverables and client expectations.
